A-FLOW’s ML1 Data Center Achieves LEED® Gold Certification

October 27, 2026

Laguna, Philippines – October 26, 2026. A-FLOW, a joint venture between AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (“ALLHC”) and FLOW Digital Infrastructure (“FLOW”), today announced that its ML1 Data Center has achieved LEED® Gold certification.

The facility was certified under the LEED v4 Building Design and Construction (BD+C): Data Centers rating system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council® (USGBC®), one of the most widely recognized green building certification standards for Data Centers globally.

Achieving LEED Gold certification demonstrates ML1’s adherence to high standards of environmental responsibility and sustainable development against globally recognized standards for energy performance, water efficiency, materials and resources, indoor environmental quality, and innovation in design and operations.

Located in Laguna, approximately 35 kilometers south of Metro Manila, ML1 is A-FLOW’s first operational Data Center in the Philippines. The facility provides 6MW of live IT capacity and is the first building of a planned three-building greenfield campus with a total capacity of 36MW.

“Achieving LEED Gold certification underscores our commitment to best sustainable practices throughout the lifecycle of our Data Centers from design and construction to operations for our customers,” said A-FLOW President Sanjay Goel. “As demand for high-capacity digital infrastructure continues to grow, we remain focused on delivering reliable, scalable facilities that minimize environmental impact and contribute positively to the communities we serve.”

ML1 incorporates a range of sustainability initiatives designed to improve energy efficiency, reduce water consumption, lower greenhouse gas emissions and limit other environmental impacts. This includes the use of low-emission materials, comprehensive air quality management practices, and waste reduction initiatives that diverted more than 60% of excavated soil from commercial landfills by repurposing it onsite.

ML1 also supports green transportation through provisions for electric vehicle charging stations, priority parking for electric vehicles, and dedicated motorcycle and bicycle parking.

LEED Gold certification complements ML1’s portfolio of internationally recognized certifications, including ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems), ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management Systems), SOC 2 and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). These certifications demonstrate A-FLOW’s focus on maintaining high standards across quality management, information security, operational controls and compliance, ensuring customers’ critical workloads are hosted in a well-governed environment.

As organizations accelerate cloud adoption and AI-driven workloads, ML1 offers the secure, resilient and sustainable foundation needed to scale with confidence while supporting broader sustainability goals.
