ALLHC and FLOW Digital Infrastructure enter into a framework agreement for data center development in the Philippines
AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp., a subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc., and FLOW Holdings I Philippines Pte. Ltd., the vehicle of FLOW Digital Infrastructure, have signed a framework agreement to develop carrier-neutral data centers across the Philippines, subject to the terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed.

AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC), an Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) subsidiary, posted a consolidated revenue of P864 million and net income of P197 million in the first quarter of 2022.

ALLHC’s revenues rose by 7% to P3.99 billion, and net income grew by 11% to P780 million in 2021. The continuous demand for industrial lots and increased leasable areas boosted the company’s overall performance.

ALLHC acquired a ready-built facility last 4 February 2022. ALLHC will assume ownership of the existing operating facility and will fall under ALLHC’s warehouse leasing brand, ALogis.
